مرحبًا بكم في الموقع الرسمي لحجز تذاكر عرض "عنتر وعبلة" الذي تنظمه الأوبرا العربية. باستخدام هذا الموقع أو شراء التذاكر، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام التالية:
1. تفاصيل العرض
- يُقام العرض في إمارة أبوظبي خلال الفترة من 9 إلى 14 ديسمبر 2025.
- يتضمن العرض 9 عروض تُقام على مدار 6 ليالٍ.
2. استخدام الموقع
- يجب ألا يقل عمر المستخدم عن 18 عامًا أو أن يكون تحت إشراف ولي أمر.
- يُمنع الاستخدام غير القانوني أو الاحتيالي للموقع.
- أي استخدام غير مصرح به قد يؤدي إلى اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية.
3. التذاكر والحضور
- التذاكر صالحة فقط للدخول إلى عرض "عنتر وعبلة" في التاريخ والوقت المحددين.
- التذاكر غير قابلة للاسترداد أو التحويل، إلا في حال إلغاء العرض من قبل المنظم.
- يُشترط إبراز التذكرة (رقمية أو مطبوعة) عند الدخول.
- نحتفظ بالحق في رفض الدخول لأي شخص لا يلتزم بالتعليمات أو يظهر سلوكًا غير لائق.
4. حقوق الملكية الفكرية
- جميع محتويات الموقع والعرض (النصوص، الصور، التصميمات، المواد الصوتية والمرئية) هي ملك لمؤسسة الأوبرا العربية أو مرخصة لها قانونًا.
- يُمنع تمامًا تصوير أو تسجيل أو مشاركة أي جزء من العرض، سواء بالصوت أو الصورة أو عبر البث المباشر أو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- يُحظر إعادة نشر أو توزيع أي محتوى رقمي خاص بالعرض بدون إذن كتابي مسبق.
- كل حقوق الملكية الفكرية محفوظة، وأي مخالفة تُعرض مرتكبها للمساءلة القانونية.
5. إخلاء المسؤولية
- لا نضمن توفر الموقع بشكل دائم أو خلوه من الأخطاء.
- لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن خسائر أو أضرار ناتجة عن استخدام الموقع أو الحضور.

6. القانون المعمول به
